Privacy Policy

Dream AI ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Information we collect

We may collect: (1) Account information such as email and name when you register. (2) Usage data to improve the service. (3) Device information necessary for the app to function. (4) Content you generate in the app (e.g. AI-generated videos) and metadata needed to show it to you. (5) Data related to in-app rewards (e.g. coins, ad viewing) for bonus and claim-to-wallet features (not bank or cash withdrawal).

Important — your uploads: We do not collect your uploaded images for advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling. When you choose to run a template or generate content, your image is sent only to provide that feature and is processed as described under "Third-party AI processing" below. If you use the in-app library to save images, those copies are stored so you can manage them; you can delete any saved item inside the app at any time.

How we use your information

Your data is used to: deliver the app experience; process AI video generation and templates (including sending images you choose to our AI provider as explained below); manage your in-app wallet, coins, and bonus/ads rewards; record when you claim ad bonus into your in-app wallet (virtual coins only — not cash or bank payout); store images you explicitly save to your in-app library (deletable by you in the app); and send important notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Ads, bonus & claim to wallet

The app may show rewarded ads. If you choose to watch ads, we record that you completed a view to award in-app bonus coins (pending until claimed). You may claim accumulated bonus into your in-app wallet according to our 24-hour window rules. This is not a bank transfer or cash withdrawal — coins are virtual and usable only inside Dream AI. Processing uses minimal data (e.g. user ID, view count) and is necessary to operate the reward feature.

Third-party AI processing (Alibaba Cloud)

Dream AI uses AI models and infrastructure provided by Alibaba Cloud (Alibaba Group). When you start a generation or use a template that requires an image, the image and related parameters you submit are transmitted securely to Alibaba Cloud's AI services so the model can process them and return generated output (e.g. video) to the app.

On the AI processing side, data is not kept indefinitely for our feature: inputs and outputs on that infrastructure are automatically deleted after approximately 24 hours, unless a shorter technical lifetime applies. This is separate from copies you choose to keep in your in-app library, which you control and may delete in the app.

Alibaba Cloud acts as a processor for this processing. Their handling of data may also be described in Alibaba Cloud's own documentation and policies. We recommend reviewing those materials if you want full detail on their infrastructure practices.

AI templates & generated content

When you use AI templates or generate videos, your prompts and chosen images are used to produce content as described above. Generated content may be stored temporarily so you can access it in the app. You retain responsibility for the content you create and the prompts and images you submit.

Face data & photos you upload

If you upload a photo that shows a face, we treat it as part of your chosen content for AI generation only. We do not use it to identify you in the world or to build a separate biometric database. The image is sent to Alibaba Cloud AI to perform the generation you requested, then handled according to the retention rules in "Third-party AI processing" and your own library choices.

Planned uses: (1) Running the AI model to create the output you asked for. (2) Optional storage only if you save to the in-app library. Sharing: the image is shared with Alibaba Cloud for that processing as stated above; we do not sell your photos. Retention: AI processing infrastructure — automatic deletion after about 24 hours as described; in-app library — until you delete the item or your account.

Images: in-app library, save & delete

The app includes a library feature so you can save images you want to keep (e.g. from templates or generation). Those saved copies are stored in association with your account only for your use inside the app. You may delete any saved image at any time from within the application; deletion removes that saved copy from our systems. Choosing not to save means we rely on the shorter-lived processing flow described for Alibaba Cloud rather than a long-term library copy.

Account, profile & data deletion

You can delete your profile and account in Dream AI. When an account is deleted, the profile and associated account data linked to that account are also deleted from our active systems, including saved images and app-related records.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the same address linked to your Dream AI account with the subject line "Delete my Dream AI account", and we will process your deletion request.
