What to include in your message
You can write in your own words. For faster help, include:
- The email address you use for your Dream AI account.
- Your device model and OS version (for example: iPhone 13, iOS 18).
- A short description of the problem or question.
- Any error message you see on the screen.
AI, photos & account data
If your question is about what we send to third-party AI, how long data is kept, or your photos: those details are in the Privacy Policy (sections on Third-party AI processing (Alibaba Cloud), Face data & photos, and Images: in-app library).
Coins, bonus & purchases
In-app coins and ad bonus are virtual: you claim bonus into your in-app wallet after the rules in the app — this is not a bank withdrawal or cash payout. Coin packs use In-App Purchase (not Apple Pay). For billing issues, mention your platform (App Store / Google Play) in your email.
Account, profile and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Dream AI profile and account. Once deleted, your account data linked to that profile is also deleted from our active systems, including saved images and related app records.
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the same address linked to your Dream AI account with the subject line "Delete my Dream AI account".
